The community services sector is changing and small and medium not for profit organisations have been feeling the effect of these changes for quite some time, but we all know that there are even more challenging changes to come.Conversations between Board members about pressures on their agencies and staff, changed funding mechanisms, increased wages and decreased capacity for community and preventive work has led to establishment of a Coalition of Community Boards. We are a collaborative group of board members from different regions around Queensland who believe in a better way of working and existing in the changing policy environment.Download the Coalition of Community Boards Charter
